Daily Maid Service!

  • Rates are per night and based on double occupancy.
  • A $10 extra person charge applies to guests over the age of 12.
  • Rates do not include the 9% county bed tax.
  • A 2 night minimum stay is required during summer weekends.

Policies

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit we have a few simple policies:

Reservations Policy

All reservations must be reserved with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All reservations (except those outlined below) are subject to a one-week cancellation policy.
  2. All cancellations will be given a cancellation number. Your reservation is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation number.
  3. Holiday weekends, special events, or booking the entire property are subject to a 2 week cancellation policy.

Pet Policy

  1. Dogs are WELCOME at the Sierra Sky Lodge! We ask that you please DO NOT leave them unattended in your room and that you clean up after your canine friend.

$10 fee per pet, per night

Room Policies

  1. All accommodations are Non-Smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside of the rooms. Please make sure that the door to your room is closed while you're smoking. There will be a Minimum $100 Cleaning Charge added to your credit card if your cabin room smells like smoke.
  2. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A $15 late check-out charge will be added to your credit card for every 30 minutes past check-out time. Late check-out is available on request.
  3. Daily maid service is provided for all cabins between 10 AM and 12 PM. If you do not want to be disturbed, please let us know.

Pool Policies

  1. Our Tiki Pool is open between 9 AM and 10 PM.
  2. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Please help us to preserve our room towels!
  3. No glass is allowed in the pool area.
  4. Please clean up your own trash...especially food.

Policies for Vacation Rental

  1. Home is completely furnished, including linens and towels.
  2. Nightly rate is subject to 9% county bed tax.
  3. No charge for guests 12 years and under
  4. $200 Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit is required.
  5. Normal cleaning included in nightly rate.
  6. Rates include up to 6 guests
  7. $15 fee for each additional guest, per night
  8. Check in at 2 PM, Check out at 11 AM
  9. Pets Welcome! Additional fee of $10 per pet/per night
  10. No Smoking!
